In the space of a year, Mach Aviation has experienced epochal changes: in January 2017, 22 people worked at Mach Aviation; at the end of October 2018 Mach Aviation employed 80 people. This is why the company is ready to face the challenges that will come with determination and enthusiasm, but to grow healthy and continue to guarantee customers the best, it needs dynamic, competent and highly motivated staff.

It takes at least two years to train an aeronautical technician, but full professional maturity is reached after about a decade of experience in the sector. Basic mechanical knowledge and skills are required (any qualifications in the aeronautical field are preferential factors), but it will then be internal training that will determine the technical growth and continuous development of professional profiles.
Equally important is knowledge of the English language because all manuals are written in English and English is the language used at airports for communications.
