Maintenance of aeronautical components
Mach Aviation is a company specialized in the maintenance of aeronautical components such as wheels, brakes and landing gears. It deals with repairs and overhauls and is certified by ENAC.
Mach Aviation, after thirty years of corporate life and sixty years of experience in the field by its founder Vincenzo Romanella, guarantees excellence on the world market as regards interventions on wheels and brakes, landing gear and accessories for helicopters and the guarantee of efficient logistics in Italy and in Europe.
Mach Aviation, already with European certification, later obtained the qualification from the US authority FAA, a certification that allows maintenance to be carried out on aircraft with US registration numbers.
Mach Aviation is now able to make a repair such as a tire change of a wheel in 20 minutes, a wheel overhaul in 6 hours. Today Mach Aviation is producing more than 100 wheels a day and 15 brakes.

In the field of non-destructive testing Mach Aviation operates with the following methods:

Avionic Laboratory
Mach Aviation enriches its offer in the aeronautical market by setting up an Avionics laboratory.
Honeywell MRO
Honeywell is among the world leaders in the aerospace section.
In 2016, participating in a call for tenders, Mach Aviation joined Honeywell as MRO for the maintenance of Ryanair components for the Italy programme.
Mach’s thirty years of experience guarantee quality and safety at work, the 10-year contract for Honeywell defines the company’s commitment to cover all airports served by Ryanair in Italy, as well as many bases in Europe and Africa.
