Who we are

The Romanella family

Vincenzo Romanella created a company that has grown as a family, maintaining the values of mutual respect, worker protection and shared management of company life unchanged over time, the same today as it was thirty years ago.

And so it will be for the future of Mach Aviation, as in the words of Danilo Romanella:

The first thirty years were the basis for this present and for our future. The company has grown step by step and will continue to grow. Training is the most important thing: training a technician is essential. Then it takes passion and interest. The more one has these qualities, the more we grow together and the work develops. I took the helm of this big boat and I piloted it because I found willing people who sacrificed themselves together with me and today we can say that we have reached a great goal. I am very confident in the guys and thanks to them in the future of Mach Aviation

Vincenzo Romanella

For all Vincenzo Romanella, more than an employer, was and still is a father.

He started out as a skilled worker with thirty years of experience behind him and led the company for the next thirty years sharing know-how, passion and experience. He has always related to his employees like he was a father and like the company was a family. He has chosen to put the good of the company before his personal assets and has always tried to safeguard the well-being of his employees.

Vincenzo Romanella sacrificed his life for Mach Aviation: from the first investment – his severance indemnity to the exit of Alitalia – up to all the resources available, day after day, year after year.

When there were difficulties, and there were, he didn’t think twice about selling a private property to pay salaries. He has always cried and rejoiced together with his family of employees and collaborators, he has never behaved like an employer. If on the one hand this attitude has been an enormous source of pride for its founder and sole director, on the other it has led to critical issues in the long run due to the lack of an entrepreneurial spirit in step with the times.

Today

Danilo Romanella

Today at the helm of Mach Aviation, he has the same positive characteristics of his father and the entrepreneurial spirit suitable to fly Mach Aviation into the future, as he has already demonstrated with the acquisition of the Honeywell contract.
